About Joseph Aziz

Joseph aziz is the owner/operator of Prestige Property Group Montclair, a 40 + agent brokerage located in downtown montclair. He started as a buyer for his own first two-family investment property in Clifton in 2009. As frustrated as he was in the process, he decided to become a real ESTATE agent. He took the NEW JERSEY state exam on new years eve, 2014, and has been active in the real ESTATE world ever since.


In 2015, joseph received his Home Inspector certification from Inspection21 in Paramus after completing 140 hours of hands on training which allows each of his Clients a walk through of the property that most AGENTS cannot provide. Foundation problems, roof issues, septic system problems, well water problems, mechanical issues...he shows you what is really there prior to writing an offer!
